This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Encouraging You – Faith-Based Life Coaching, LLC ("Coach") and the client named below.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to provide life coaching to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward in your purpose. Faith-based guidance is available for clients who would like to include it.
2. Coaching Services
- One-on-one coaching sessions (in person, by phone, or by video call).
- Encouragement, accountability, with faith-based guidance available.
- Goal-setting and personal growth support.
3. Fees
- FREE 30-minute discovery session for new clients.
- $50.00 per hour for one-on-one coaching sessions.
- $45.00 per hour when a 4-week coaching package is paid in full.
- $40.00 per hour when an 8-week coaching package is paid in full.
- Group coaching is priced per group as discussed with Encouraging You – Faith-Based Life Coaching, LLC.
4. Payment (Cash / Zelle / Stripe)
Payment is due upon scheduling an appointment to guarantee your spot.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- No refunds will be given for missed or no-show appointments.
- Consistent no-shows may result in the cancellation of future sessions.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
7. Agreement
By signing below, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
